Marking its 40th anniversary, BMW of North America has announced it will unveil two concept cars next month at the 2015 Monterey Car Week in California.

After revealing the cars during an August 13 press conference at 6pm local time at the BMW Villa in Pebble Beach, the brand will then hold public showings throughout the weekend at The Quail, A Motorsport Gathering; Legends of the Autobahn Concours d'Elegance; Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion and Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Monterey Car Week consists of several different car-related events and each year concludes with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, which this year will take place on August 16.
