MENA organized a seminar on the latest developments in Libya at its headquarters in downtown Cairo on Sunday.
The seminar was chaired by MENA Editor-in-Chief Alaa Haidar and attended by an adviser to the Libyan army and a host of Libyan politicians, activists and journalists.
Salah Abdel Kareem, an advisor to the Libyan army, hailed Egypt's stance in Libya, warning against "regional and international conspiracies" against his country.
Abdullah Naker, head of the Libyan Al Qima party, called for supporting the Arab League's efforts aiming at closing the ranks of rival Libyan factions.
For his part, Alaa Haidar stressed the importance of cooperation between Egypt and Libya in the face of extremism and terrorism.
