Minister of Education and Higher Education Elias Bou Saab announced the completion of the setting up of the Board of Higher Education Council, summoning this Committee to convene for the first time at 12.00 p.m. upcoming Friday on May 22, 2015.

Minister Saab formed said Council under Article 13 of Law #285 dated 08/05/2014.
