Higher Learning and National Education Minister, Marwan Hamadeh, currently on a visit to Brussels held a work meeting with Beth Arthy, the Deputy Director of the Middle East and North Africa department at DfID, and UNICEF Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa, Gert Capillier, with whom he broached the best means to boost the Lebanese educational sector, especially in light of the Syrian refugee crisis.
