Ministry of Higher Education's delegation and the Cultural Office affiliated to Kuwait Consulate in Los Angeles discussed means to overcome obstacles facing Kuwaiti students in the US. Head of the Cultural Office Dr. Mansour Jaragh told KUNA in a phone call that the delegation was briefed on the progress of work in various departments of the cultural office.
He stressed the office's keenness in supporting the Kuwaiti student's pursuit of education in various universities of the country.
They discussed means of serving students during the current academic year, besides plans to receive students for the upcoming year, besides offering a number of suggestions to the new students..
He expressed thanks to the Ministry's delegation, wishing for further future visits to take place.
The eight-hour meeting was attended by the Cultural Attachأ© in LA Dr Anwar Al-Khurainij, along with representatives of the departments of students and scholarships' affairs.
