A delegation from Egyptian universities discussed with the Mauritanian Higher Education Ministry ties between the two countries.
Mauritania is keen on increasing the number of its students in the Egyptian universities, said the director general of Mauritanian higher education Hassan Ahmed.
He also called for increasing the number of scholarships, especially in medicine, agriculture and engineering.
