The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) has held a training course in cooperation with the Gulf University on excellence in serving clients.
The course focused on the importance of client services in achieving an organisation’s goals and acquiring skills for better treatment of clients. The course was part of a series of training programmes to be held under an agreement signed between the NPRA and the university.
