Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Tuesday stressed the importance of safeguarding the reputation of Jordan’s higher education sector, noting that this calls for reviewing its situation to build on its strengths and eliminate its weaknesses. During a meeting with presidents of the boards of trustees of public universities, discussions focused on the challenges facing the country’s higher education sector, mainly campus violence and universities’ indebtedness volume.
