Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Eastern region patronized yesterday evening, the graduation ceremony held by the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) for the students of its affiliated colleges and institutes, totaling (2800) students. The ceremony was held at the RCJY urban center in the presence of Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, the commission President.
