Prime Minister Hisham Qandil held a meeting on Tuesday with Minister of Higher Education Mostafa Mossad to discuss means of upgrading higher education and scientific research. Qandil called on Mossad to enhance cooperation with other countries to take advantage of their expertise in promoting the academic education.
