Marking the Bahrain Women's Day that falls on the first of December, Northern Governor Ali bin Alsheikh Abdulhussain Al-Asfoor praised the Bahraini women's successes at various levels, pointing out the royal reforms that opened new horizons for the empowerment of Bahraini women.

In his speech on the occasion, the governor highlighted the interest of the royal leadership and wife of HM the King, President of the Supreme Council for Women, HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, in promoting the Bahraini women’s status in various fields.
