Bahrain ranked the eighth in terms of Arab countries and the 76th at the world level in the latest State of LTE report released by Wireless coverage mapping company OpenSignal.
The UAE was the first Arab country with a high internet speed and the 12th worldwide, Al Ayam newspaper reported quoting the report by the London-based company.
Oman came next to the UAE in the report.
Singapore is the world leader with a speed of 46Mbps while the global average stands at 17.4.
