Algerian Minister of Postal Services and Information and Communication Technologies Moussa Benhamadi signed here today a memorandum of understanding in the field of communications with Djibouti Minister Communication and Culture Abdi Houssein Ahmed. Under the MoU, Algerian experts will be sent to Djibouti to hold training courses for Djiboutian technicians and to improve the postal sector in Djibouti.
