Huawei Honor has launched its latest addition to the Honor family, the Honor 8 Lite, in the Middle East.
The launch follows the success of the Honor 8, which sold 1.5 million units in 50 days in 25 countries worldwide.
In line with the market demand for design focused value-added smartphones, Huawei Honor created the Honor 8 Lite to deliver beauty to every user in the Middle East.
Honor 8 Lite became available in the market last week. The device is the first of its kind offering an aesthetically-pleasing modern design, long-lasting battery and a smooth user experience without draining your wallet. Within its price category, Honor 8 Lite is the only phone with 3GB RAM in a sleek design body.
Honor 8 Lite, inspired by the beauty of natural scenes of the Antelope Canyon, has a metal satin coat and dual 2.5D glass that reflects the contours and vibrant colors reminiscent of the Canyon. The phone’s slim 7.6mm body with a smooth touch fits in your palm perfectly, and its chamfered edges provide a firm grip.
Amateur photographers will delight at the device’s 8MP front camera with a 77-degree wide-angle lens, which enables the user to take flawless selfies and pictures on the go. The 12MP rear camera with 1.25μm pixels and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) results in a quicker (focus speeds of just 0.3 seconds), precise and enjoyable all-round shooting experience.
Users do not need to worry about constantly charging their phones. Fueling the Honor 8 Lite phone is an inbuilt battery with a capacity of 3000mAh* (typical value) and an energy density of 650WHL for an extended battery life.
Honor 8 Lite is equipped with the powerful Kirin 655 Octa-Core CPU, 3GB LPDDR3 RAM, and 16GB ROM with external memory (expandable up to 128GB), enabling users to run multiple functions simultaneously: video games, live-chat and music playing without any hindrance.
The phone runs on Huawei’s innovative UI (EMUI) 5.0 customized user interface, which optimizes performance by allocating resources according to users’ needs and prioritizes apps based on users’ behavior over time.
