The general director of the Islamic and Coptic antiquities in Alexandria said that a new museum will be established in Alexandria Port to showcase the important artifacts that date back to the family of Mohammed Ali.

He told MENA on Saturday that an archaeological committee has begun preparations for establishing the museum which will be the first of its kind as it will allow the tourists to watch the archaeological sites of the city.
