Alexandria - MENA
A specialized archaeological committee will be formed to inspect the tomb, crypt and antiquities, which were found underneath a house in Borg el Arab in the coastal city of Alexandria.
The monuments are believed to be belonging to the Greco-Roman era, said a well-placed archaeological source said.
Earlier, six people were arrested for excavation and trafficking in antiquities after they found a tomb that dates back to the Greco-Roman era and stole their contents.
