The Egyptian Embassy in Bern has received an artifact dating back to the ancient Egyptian civilization, said a statement by Embassy on Wednesday.

The artifact is a piece of calcite stone on which the name and job of a person and the list of the seven sacred oils in ancient Egypt were engraved.

The Embassy welcomed the move taken by the Swiss side, looking forward to maintaining fruitful cooperation between both countries
