London - MENA
Egyptian Minister of Higher Education Ashraf el Shihy met on Tuesday with British Secretary of State at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills Baroness Neville-Rolfe at the end of his three-day visit to London.
They discussed prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the educational field as well as the possibility of developing the Newton-Mosharafa Fund.
Rolfe said the UK is keen on bolstering ties with Egypt in the educational and cultural fields, especially after the recent visit of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Britain.
