Awqaf (Endowments) Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa decided to deduct salaries of workers in el Malah Mosque located in Sieda Zienb over violation of job assignments.

The deduction comes after the workers left the keys of the mosque with a stranger who stayed at the mosque.

The minister's decision came during his inspection tour where he followed up performing prayers in mosques in Cairo governorate.
