Paris - MENA
Egyptian Tourism Minister Yehia Rashed said that France's international travel and tourism fair "Top Resa" is an "opportunity to boost the French tourism in Egypt."
In statements to MENA on Tuesday following the inauguration ceremony of the 38th edition of the fair, the minister said that Egypt offered all facilities to help return tourism to Egypt to its normal levels.
Egypt offers a stimulus package for French tourists to encourage them to choose Egypt as their tourist destination, the minister added.
Earlier in the day, Rashed attended the fair's opening ceremony. He also visited the 84 square meter Egyptian pavilion in which EgyptAir participates alongside several other companies.
The minister is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with representatives of travel agencies and tour organizers to highlight the state's efforts to boost tourism.
Top Resa show, which will wrap up on Friday, is important for networking, doing business, innovating and keeping abreast of market developments. It offers a panorama of the travel industry along with covering all sectors including leisure, business and events.
