Education and Higher Learning minister Marwan Hmadeh on Friday received at his office Romanian ambassador Victor Mircea and discussed with him the subject relevant to boosting educational ties. 
Separately, Minister Hmadeh received a delegation of the Lebanese French Association for Education and Culture (AFLEC), with talks featuring high on joint educational project.
