President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a written message from President of Guinea-Bissau Jos? M?rio Vaz on ways of promoting bilateral relations.

The message was received by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, when he received today at the Ministry's Court Jorge Mal?, Guinea-Bissau's Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Communities.

The two sides discussed means of advancing cooperation across different domains, primarily in areas of economy, tourism and food security.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah commended the progress witnessed in the two countries' relations over the past years across all fields.

The foreign minister of Guinea-Bissau hailed the prestigious position boasted by the UAE on the regional and international arenas, expressing his country's keenness to advance bilateral relations to higher levels.
