H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued Emiri Decree No. 18 for 2017 appointing Sheikh Abdul Azizi bin Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi as the Chairman of the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department in Ajman with effect from 24th March, 2017.

The Emiri Decree No. 6 for 2016 on the appointment of the chairman of the department and Emiri Resolution No. 2 for 2010 on the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency's Board will now be null and void.

The Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and other competent authorities should implement its provisions.
