Schools across the Kingdom today held celebrations marking the Kingdom's celebrations of the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 46th Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 18th Anniversary of HM the King’s Accession to the Throne.

While attending part of the celebrations, Education Minister, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, extended, on behalf of the Ministry’s affiliate, students and parents, sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, and the Bahraini people on the dear national occasions.

While marking its National Days, the kingdom has made major strides in various fields of development, particularly education in which Bahrain, thanks to the leadership’s support, has become a leader in providing quality education for all, citing the outstanding results achieved by Bahraini students and schools in regional and global competitions and events.
