Education Minister Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, President of the Higher Education Council (HEC), today hailed His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister’s patronage of the AMA International University Bahrain (AMAIUB)’s 13th batch graduation.
The minister commended HRH the Premier’s constant care and attentiveness to education in Bahrain, considering the human element as the most precious wealth of the nation and the investment to create a prosperous present and bright future, citing His Royal Highness’s patronage of private education in all schooling stages. Dr. Al Nuaimi praised the AMA University Bahrain (AMAIUB) for its enhanced educational services, congratulating the graduates.
The minister stressed the HEC’s keenness on boosting the standard of services provided by public and private educational institutions, citing ongoing developmental projects in this vital sector, including cooperation with the British Accreditation Council on implementation of the Academic Accreditation Scheme in all higher education institutions, as well as the cooperation with the British Higher Education Academy to implement vocational development programme for teaching staff members in these institutions as well as enacting the relevant regulations and resolutions to boost the role of higher educational institutions in the field of academic research.
