Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al-Khalifa hailed the honourable role of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF in defending the country and protecting national achievements.

He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, lauding the far-sighted royal vision which enabled the BDF to achieve landmark defence and military strides. 
HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al-Khalifa made the statement as he visited the BDF Military Museum. He was received by Defence Affairs Ministry Undersecretary Major-General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa, museum director Shaikha Maha bint Abdulaziz Al-Khalifa and other senior officers. He stressed the importance of the milestone which showcases information and items that reflect the history of the Royal Family, Bahrain’s longstanding military heritage and defence strides.
