H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has ordered the release of a number of good conduct prisoners from penal and correctional facilities in the Emirate of Umm Al Qaiwain on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.

The pardon comes within the framework of H.H. Sheikh Saud Al Mu'alla's keenness to give the prisoners a chance to start a new life, and bring joy to their families.
