Vice-President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman arrived, Nairobi , Kenya , Friday, to take part in IGAD Summit on Somali refugees.
The Vice-President 's delegation comprises Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Kamal-Eddin Ismail, Refugees Commissioner and Director of Organizations Directorate at Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Mohamed Yousif.
