The Arab League

The Arab League Council yesterday held an extraordinary meeting at the ministerial level to discuss ways to address Iranian interference in internal affairs of Arab countries.

The meeting, which was held at the request of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, also discussed developing measures to deal with the Iranian interference in light of the draft resolution prepared by Arab ministerial quartet on Iranian interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries, which poses a serious threat to Arab security and peace.

Djibouti’s Foreign Minister Mahamoud Ali Youssouf chaired the meeting in the presence of Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Abu Al-Ghaith.
