Secretary-General of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), Dr. Khalifa bin Ali Al-Fadhel, has received here the Director-General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), Dr. Raed bin Shams.

Dr. Al-Fadhel lauded the role played by BIPA in preparing and developing national leaders within the Government Action Plan for the sake of serving the citizens and increasing their contributions to the development process through effective and direct coordination with the relevant authorities.

He stressed the importance of enhancing NIHR-BIPA cooperation and coordination through devising a training plan to rehabilitate the staff of the NIHR’s Secretariat-General to upgrade their competence and improve their performance in various directorates.

BIPA director-general commended NIHR’s efforts, expressing BIPA’s readiness to do everything that may contribute to enhancing the NIHR’s efforts and work in all human rights fields to achieve common goals.
