Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia has received a written message from Cote d'Ivoire President Alassane Ouattara Saudi Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir received the message when he met with Ivoirian Minister of African Integration and Ivoirians Abroad Ally Coulibaly here today.
