The State Security Court (SSC) on Monday sentenced 4 suspects to death after being found guilty of murdering an Anti-Narcotics Department agent.

The SCC charged the suspects with the felony of "resisting officers who implement acts of the anti-Narcotics Law" which led to the death of a staff employee. It also convicted them with possessing automatic weapons with the intention of using them illicitly that resulted in the death of a human being.

Further, the jury decided to imprison another suspect for 1 and a half year for unlawful possessing of a firearm, while it acquitted two suspects from charges registered against them.
