H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has praised the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to unify the country’s education system and standardise the model of the Emirati school on a national level.

"The requirements of the labour market are witnessing rapid changes, and the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan opens new horizons for the future of education and achieve the UAE Vision 2021, with an emphasis on developing the education system," said H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.

He added that the vision and directives of the wise leadership will enhance the performance of the country’s education system and supply the labour market with UAE nationals who can contribute to the process of comprehensive development.

Sheikh Abdullah stressed that this decision will prepare a generation who can face future challenges, support the UAE’s position in the field of knowledge, and strengthen its education system and its cohesion with other sectors.
