Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met here on Saturday with meeting with visiting Sudanese President Omr Al-Bashir.
Talks during the meeting dealt with ways of boosting bilateral ties, and the latest regional and international developments of mutual concern, WAM News Agency reported.
Both sides highlighted the need for concerted Arab and international efforts to restore security and stability in a number of Arab countries.
They also called for the establishment of national institutions to alleviate the suffering of people in these countries, and to counter violence and extremism by terrorist organisations, according to WAM.
