The Cabinet held on Wednesday its weekly meeting to discuss a number of political, social and security files in addition to reports on quality of services offered to the public and efforts to secure basic commodities at low prices.

The Cabinet will also review a number of bills and important ministerial decisions aiming at achieving progress at all levels, upgrading national economy, achieving social and economic stability and facilitating investment-related measures.

The meeting will also expound the latest ministerial measures that were taken upon the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi as regards expanding social protection programs and tightening control over markets across the nation to ensure availability of basic commodities.
