Cairo Governor Atef Abdel Hamid issued on Thursday a decision obliging all public and private places to install indoor and outdoor cameras within 30 days.

The decision came during a meeting with heads of Cairo neighborhoods.

The decision involves all public and commercial, industrial and tourist, religious places, schools, and amusement parks.

It will be implemented on places regardless of being licensed or unlicensed.

The decision aims at realizing security of Cairo citizens, workers and passers- by.
