The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Sunday written message from the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi. 
According to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the message pertains to issues of mutual interest and the latest developments on the regional and international arenas. 
The Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled Al Obaidi handed over the message when the Emir of Kuwait met him here toady.
