The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, today concluded the distribution of Eid sacrificial meat, through its branches in various cities of the country, targeting underprivileged segments, under the slogan 'Their Happiness is our Eid'.

An ERC official explained that the distribution process was organised through a coupon system, which was distributed to the beneficiary families, who then received the sacrificial meat at ERC's various branches.

The commission stressed that the guidance of the leadership to the ERC emphasises the need to extend humanitarian aid to the vulnerable segments of the local and international community, and to strengthen humanitarian partnership with the ERC's strategic partners, official bodies, private institutions, and all members of the community.
