ERC provides Eid clothes to Syrian refugees

Syrian refugees at the Emirati-Jordanian Mrajeeb Al Fhood Camp, Jordan, have received Eid clothes provided by the Emirates Red Crescent. ERC is covering the costs of Eid clothes every year as well as those for the winter and summer seasons.

The donations were distributed to the camp’s refugee population, estimated at 7,000, under the supervision of Mubarak Mohammed Al Khailli, Director of the Camp.

In the meantime, a delegation from the Nawah Energy Company also visited the camp.

Noura Mohammed Al Marri, Deputy Legal Advisor and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Nawah Energy Company, expressed her happiness about the experience, which put a smile on the faces of the Syrian refugees in the camp.

She said that the visit was made as part of the "Nawah Giving" initiative launched by the company, a major partner of the UAE Peaceful Nuclear Energy Programme, to coincide with the Year of Giving initiative launched by the UAE wise leadership.

Al Marri expressed her appreciation to the ERC volunteers for their efforts in securing the needs of the refugees in the camp while expressing her admiration for the level of services provided to them.
