Assistant of the President of the Republic, Engineer Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid, was briefed Sunday on the development, political and security situations in North Darfur State.
This came when Engineer Hamid, received at the Republican Palace, the Wali (governor) of Darfur State, Engineer Abdul Wahid Yousif, who said in a press statement that he briefed Engineer Hamid on progress weapons' collection campaign in the state.
He referred to the importance of the campaign to realize security and stability, adding that the Assistant of the President gave directives for tightening political and security coordination in the state to realize development and provide all the necessary services for the citizens.
