Mostafa El-Attar, the deputy commander of the Matai

Minya Criminal Court on Saturday postponed until Sunday the re-trial of 372 supporters of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group over riots in Matai city.

The defendants are accused of killing Mostafa El-Attar, the deputy commander of the Matai district police station in Minya as well as attacking public properties, torching the Matai police station, seizing police weapons and disrupting public order during riots in the aftermath of the dispersal of the Rabaa sit-in in August, 2013. 

The court took the decision to hear the pleadings of defendants
