VP and Mohamed bin Zayed discuss local and regional issues

Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, met, today, with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in Dubai.

During the meeting, Their Highnesses discussed a number of national and regional issues of a political, economic and social nature, and stressed the importance of maintaining peace in the region, which reflects positively on the national interests of UAE society.

The meeting was attended by H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, Dr. Sultan bin Ahmad Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State, and Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority.

Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Crown Prince's Court of Abu Dhabi, and Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai, and a number of officials also attended the meeting.
