Several areas in Yemen, including the al-Baydaa province, continue to witness persistent conflict where resistance fighters have targeted Houthi-militia sites.
In Hamdan governorate, north of the capital Sanaa, clashes continue between tribesmen loyal to the late President Ali Abdullah Saleh and the Houthi militia.
The mlitia attempted to break into al-Hattab village in the governorate. They also arrested six tribal leaders and a number of local residents.
The Houthi militia also raided a number of Bani Saraa villages in al-Shaghadra governorate, located in Hijah province northwest of the country, killing many civilians and leaving several houses damaged.
Meanwhile, coalition fighters targeted a Houthi militia site in Ghula Ajeeb, located in Amran governorate north of Sanaa, where a number of militia fighters were killed and several others were wounded.
Fighter jets belonging to the Arab coalition also launched strikes on Houthi militia reinforcements in Nahem directorate, east of the capital Sanaa.
