In an interview with the Journal, Duval’s wife Susie cited the couple’s desire to “simplify” as a factor in their decision to sell the luxury homes. The largest of the properties is a 7 bed, 8 bath, 11,372 square foot manse with a $9 million asking price. The second property is a 7 bed, 9 bath home that is listed for $5 million. The more expensive listing includes a mother-in-law apartment, master suite, media room, and sun room. The grounds are extensively landscaped and include water features and a pool. The second home features an additional mother-in-law apartment, wet bar, garden area, and another pool.
