Performances on Top Gear\'s Star London - Arabstoday Matt LeBlanc: Episode 2, Series 18: Fresh off winning a Golden Globe for a spot on the comedy series Episodes, LeBlanc strapped himself in to the Kia Cee\'d for a run on the hit car show. He\'s had a bit of experience behind the wheel, though: he competed in the Long Beach Toyota Grand Prix celebrity race, where he crashed out while leading. The Friends star also got to drive the McLaren MP4-12C around Dunsfold, and he owns a Ferrari and Porsche, among others. Practice didn\'t go so well, but he ended up top of the pile. Time: 1.42.1 Rowan Atkinson Episode 4, Series 17: The star of Blackadder and Mr Bean may be a funny man by employment, but he also has a deep love of cars and racing. He owns many classics and sports cars, including an original McLaren F1, which he crashed twice, most recently last August when it caught fire after he hit a tree. But he\'s obviously not that bad a driver, and regularly races. He didn\'t have much confidence in his lap, muttering \"hopeless\" during the drive, but he was top dog for the segment until LeBlanc\'s time. Time: 1.42.2 Michael Fassbender Episode 4, Series 18: The Irish-German actor has been busy lately, appearing in films such as Inglourious Basterds and Shame. He said on the show that he\'s a big F1 and Michael Schumacher fan, but he doesn\'t really have much experience behind the wheel: he\'s only owned one car, a Peugeot 306 Turbo-diesel Spinnaker, which he crashed. He does ride motorcycles, however. During his run, the track was quite icy, but to his surprise and credit, he finished third on the board. Time: 1.42.8 John Bishop Episode 1, Series 16: The stand-up comic from Liverpool was the first to be trained by the new Stig. Though he doesn\'t have much of a driving background, he did a clean, flying lap in bright sunlight and his time, to his utter shock, beat both Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, who had held the two fastest times to that point. Bishop\'s top spot lasted for a year and a half before Atkinson took it. Clarkson stirred another controversy with various jokes aimed at Liverpudlians on the show. Time: 1.42.8 Ross Noble Episode 2, Series 17: Another stand-up comic, this time from Northumberland, UK, Noble owns a few cars but motorcycling is his passion. He has, among others, a Triumph Scrambler, Ducati Streetfighter and a 1974 Norton Commando, and he\'s even set up a small racing circuit at his home. He also owns an Abbot 433 self-propelled artillery gun. During his Top Gear run, he careered off the track on his first practice attempt, but pulled it together for the final lap to finish second on the board at the time. Time: 1.43.5
