Barcelona defender Gerard Pique scored late on to give Spain a 1-0 victory in their opening Euro 2016 match agains Czech Republic.
Spain tried hard to break Czech's defense but found little success. Until the 88th minute when Iniesta got on the end of Iniesta's cross to give Spain the three points.
Spain pulled even atop Group D with three points, the same as Croatia, who beat Turkey 1-0 on Sunday. Spain's victory extended the Iberians' current record of unbeaten Euro matches to 13 games, dating back to Euro 2004 against Portugal. Its also been six Euro games since Spain conceded a goal.
