Canadian Milos Raonic has moved back into the world's top 10 in the latest ATP rankings released on Monday, after Richard Gasquet opted not to defend his title in Estoril last week.
The Frenchman also slips below Croat Marin Cilic, while Dominic Thiem continues his rise despite losing the final of the Munich Open to Philipp Kohlschreiber.
