H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, today received a copy of a book by Emirati historian and researcher Ali Al Matroushi on "Traditional Education in Ajman City Between the Early 20th Century and 1970's." In his remarks as he received the book, H.H. Sheikh Humaid praised the efforts of the author to highlight what he described as a very important period in the history of traditional education in Ajman that saw the birth of United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Hailing the author's smooth style and ability to give a detailed and well-documented account of the said period as well as of the history of U.A.E. , H.H. Sheikh Humaid described the new book as an important addition to the collection of history books on U.A.E.
