The ninth Arab festival of Djemila kicked off Thursday evening on the ancient Berbero-Roman mountain village of Cuicul, in the northeast of Setif (300-km east of Algiers), with \"Kan ya ma kan,\" a beautiful show performed by famous Lebanese dance company Caracalla.
