The GCC commission for initial public offering (IPO) and financial subscription held a meeting here on Sunday, the GCC Secretariat General said in a statement. Conferees are examining draft regulations for issuance and floatation of stocks and bonds in the GCC financial markets. Another team specialized in stock listing, revelation and corporate governance, is due to hold a meeting on Tuesday to discuss common rules for disclosure and transparency within the framework of corporates\' governance.
